COVID-19 POLICY:

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to serious illness and/or death. By hiring Triangle Mobile Gaming LLC, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking the following precautions:

-Sanitation of all controllers/frequently touched surfaces in the game truck
-One hand sanitizing stations available inside of the truck
-Face masks are encouraged
-All equipment is thoroughly sanitized before and after each event.

CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY:

A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. The full amount is due at the time of booking. There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. There will be a refund equal to half the price of your event for all parties or events canceled after payment is received and within 30 days of scheduled event. NO REFUND on any reservation being canceled within 14 days of your event. Triangle Mobile Gaming will make every attempt to reschedule your party should cancellation be necessary. All rescheduled events are no longer available for a refund of any kind, and rescheduling must be done within 90 days of your originally scheduled event

PRIVACY POLICY
Triangle Mobile Gaming is committed to protecting your personal information. We use your information that we collect on the site to make bookings with Triangle Mobile Gaming as easy as possible. We don’t give your personal information to anybody. Privacy is very important to us.

DAMAGE/INJURY

Neither Triangle Mobile Gaming nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage.

Additionally, Triangle Mobile Gaming reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. Triangle Mobile Gaming or their employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

FOOD/DRINK
Triangle Mobile Gaming doesn’t allow food or drinks in the video game trailer. Please have party guests eat or drink outside our trailer. We want to keep the trailer in good shape for future parties.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS
You may have alcohol at any Triangle Mobile Gaming event, however, drugs of any nature will not be tolerated at our events. If an employee has observed use of illegal drugs, we will terminate party immediately.  If deemed necessary we also reserve the right to shut down any party if the use of alcohol is deemed excessive or unsafe.  Alcohol used by people under the age of 21 is prohibited and real result in termination of the party as well.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Our state of the art trailer can handle all weather conditions, however, there may come a time where the weather just doesn’t cooperate at all with your scheduled party time. In the event of severe weather, we have the right to reschedule your party to guarantee the safety of your guests and our employees. If you know you’re expected to have really bad weather in the forecast, reach out to us ahead of time to reschedule.

TIPS
Our employees are there to make sure that your group is making the most fun of our video game mobile theater.  Tipping for good service is very thoughtful, however, it is not required.

SUPERVISION
Triangle Mobile Gaming does require a responsible adult to be present inside or outside the trailer always for children (15 and younger). Parents will need to be on the property and available for children 16-17 years of age.

ONLINE GAMING
Fortnite & other popular online games are single player; therefore, it limits the amount of guests to play per screen. It’s recommended that you limit guests to 8-10 players max to ensure everybody has a great time if you’re throwing a fortnite party.

TRAILER PARKING AND DRIVEWAY ACCESS
We need a safe and approved place to park from the property owner. We also need a level area to park our truck and trailer on.  We need approximately 60 feet of space for setup. If we don’t have adequate room to set up we will have to turn around and go home.  We will not travel on any unpaved surface or go down a single-lane access roads or driveways due to safety concerns for our employees and our trailer.

Terms of Service:

Triangle Mobile Gaming reserves the right to refuse or cancel service. If Triangle Mobile Gaming cancels a booking, Triangle Mobile Gaming will refund any deposit(s) that it has received for the cancelled service(s) to the customer who paid the deposit(s).

Booking any party means that you’re in agreement with all our policies.
